Context

In all diverse organizations, maintaining collaborative work environments can be challenging.

Culturally competent service providers can respond in a sensitive and respectful manner to all residents, regardless of cultural or ethnic background, in a way that bridges communication gaps and facilitates resolution of issues. In Jerusalem numerous populations work and live side-by side. Whether in colleges, businesses, hospitals or government offices, staff best serve clients when they understand diversity.
